The Vice Presidents. In the event of the absence or disability of the President, each Vice President, in the order designated, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election, shall perform the duties of the President. The Vice Presidents shall also perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Board of Directors or by the chief executive officer of the corporation.
