Common use of The Vice Presidents Clause in Contracts

The Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents shall perform the duties as are given to them by this Agreement and as may from time to time be assigned to them by the Management Directors or by the President. At the request of the President, or in his absence or disability, the Vice President designated by the President (or in the absence of such designation, the senior Vice President), shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President.

The Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents shall perform such duties and have such powers as the duties as are given to them by this Agreement Managing Member or the President and as CEO or the Chief Operating Officer may from time to time be assigned to them by the Management Directors or by the President. At the request of the President, or in his absence or disability, the Vice President designated by the President (or in the absence of such designation, the senior Vice President), shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Presidentprescribe.

The Vice Presidents. The Vice Presidents vice presidents (which term shall include vice presidents, executive vice presidents and senior vice presidents) shall perform the such duties as are given to them by this Agreement and as may from time to time be assigned to them by the Management Directors board of directors or by the President. At the request of the President, or in his absence or disability, the Vice President designated by the President (or in the absence of such designation, the senior Vice President), shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Presidentchief executive officer.

They also shall generally assist the President and exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as are delegated to them by the President and as the Manager shall prescribe.

The Vice Presidents shall perform the exercise such further powers and duties as are given to them by this Agreement and as may from time to time may be assigned to them prescribed in these By-Laws or by the Management Directors Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer or by the President. At the request of the President, President or in his absence or disability, the senior Vice President designated by the President (or in the absence of such designation, the senior Vice President), shall perform the duties and exercise all the powers and duties of the President.

At the request of the President, President or in his absence or disability, the senior Vice President designated by the President (or in the absence of such designation, the senior Vice President), shall perform the duties and exercise all the powers and duties of the President.

At the request disability of the President, or in his absence or disability, the Vice President designated by the President (or in the absence of such designation, the senior Vice President), shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President, and shall perform such other duties as the President or the board of directors shall prescribe.
