Common use of The Unit Clause in Contracts

The Unit. Unit # , having a street address of Pine Hill Road in Phase I of the Condominium, together with an undivided Percentage Interest (the “Undivided Interest”) in the Common Areas and Facilities of the Condominium and together with the other appurtenant rights and interests set forth in Section 5.4 of the Master Deed. The Undivided Interest will diminish as future phases are added to the Condominium in accordance with the terms of the Master Deed.
