The undertakings and other provisions of this clause 10 will survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.
The undertakings. 1.1 If the Offeror elects to implement the Acquisition by way of a Scheme, we will at the shareholder meetings to be convened by the Company and the Court and referred to in the Scheme Document (as defined below) (and any adjournments thereof) (the "Meetings") to approve and implement the Scheme, duly vote or procure the vote in favour of any resolutions required to approve and implement the Scheme in respect of the Voting Shares.
