The Specification. 2.1.4 Supplier shall accept all Orders that are placed consistent with Buyer’s Forecasts and otherwise in accordance with the lead-times as agreed by the Parties. In the event that Supplier is unable to meet the delivery date set forth in an Order because the demand under the Order exceeds the previously Forecasted demand or if within the Forecast but the delivery date is shorter than the lead-time, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the matter. Supplier will accommodate Orders that are within 25% of the previously Forecasted demand.

The Specification. 4.1 Works to walls (general comments)
The Specification. The following tables provide the detailed specification for each element of the Services. The Contracting Body reserves the right to call-off any individual, combination or all of the elements of the detailed specification as part of any contract under the Framework Agreement. Additionally, Suppliers shall be expected to provide advice only in respect of such services where they are undertaken independently of the Supplier (for example by the Contracting Body’s department).
The Specification. 3.3 The Council may at its absolute discretion and from time to time, order Services from the Supplier in accordance with the procedure set out in the Supplier Entry Guide. The Supplier acknowledges that there is no obligation whatsoever on the Council to purchase any Services from the Supplier during the Term. Notwithstanding the fact that the Council has followed the procedure set out in this Agreement or Supplier Entry Guide, the Council shall be entitled at all times to decline to make an award for its Requirement.
