The Southern. Sudan Land Commission may conduct hearings and formulate its own rules of procedure.
The Southern. Sudan Land Commission shall have its budget approved by the Government of Southern Sudan and shall be accountable to the President of the Government of Southern Sudan for the due performance of its functions.

The Southern. NABTU LMCC shall function in accordance with the Agreement and Declaration of Trust creating the fund, any amendments thereto, and any other of its governing documents. Each Contractor performing work covered by this Agreement approves and consents to the appointment of the Trustees designated pursuant to the Trust Agreement establishing the Southern- NABTU LMCC.

  • JURISDICTION & VENUE In the event that any action is brought to enforce any provision of this Master Contract, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction in Xxxxxxxx County Superior Court for the State of Washington and agree that in any such action venue shall lie exclusively at Olympia, Washington.

  • COMPETENT JURISDICTION The entire Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar and the parties hereto irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Gibraltar and irrevocably consents to the service of process out of such Courts by mailing copies thereof by registered mail, postage prepaid to his/her address.
