The Services Provided. 4.1. The Consultancy shall provide IT support and consultancy services to the client as required and as mutually agreed with all due care, skill and ability and use his best endeavours to promote the interests of the Client.

This may take the form of attending meetings, advisory or counselling sessions, arranging meetings with external third parties, and generalised support tasks, which shall serve to direct the client toward its objective.
The Services Provided. APGH facilitates a group of individual sessions (“Sessions”) for conditionally qualified attendees (“Participants”), of which Participant is one of the Participants. Participant agrees that the role of APGH is to implement and to manage Sessions, including conditional qualification of Participants, dissemination of the Sessions Content, evaluating the Participant by objective and subjective methods, which may change from time to time, reporting, and otherwise bridging the Sessions and the results thereof for meaningful use by the Academy PGH and/or Sponsor. Participant understands and acknowledges that the number of Participants admitted for the Sessions is extremely limited in number and varies from time-to-time. Accordingly, Participant understands and agrees to use Participant’s very best efforts to participate in the Sessions as implemented by APGH. Participant’s qualification as a permitted attendee is conditioned upon APGH’s continued qualification of Participant’s participation in the Sessions, and including, but not limited to, Participant’s truthful application submission, attendance and production; without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Participant agrees that APGH has the sole right and option to terminate Participant’s participation for violations of our Code of Conduct (Section 5.8 of this Agreement, below) at any time. Absences and tardiness are viewed by APGH with extreme scrutiny as described in Section 5.6 of this Agreement, below. For the sake of clarity, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, APGH will comply with any applicable laws and everything stated herein is so-qualified. Participant represents and warrants that Participant has not and shall not make any false, misleading or untrue statement regarding Participant’s experience, credentials or otherwise on any matter queried by APGH. The Sponsor may solicit Participant for transactions to occur directly with or by initiation of the Sponsor; Participant consents to any such solicitation and understands that any response thereto or resultant transaction is voluntary, and Participant releases APGH from any liability arising from or related to any such solicitation and/or transaction between Participant and the Sponsor. The provision of a service to process and account for all income and cash received by Schools and ensuring that such income and cash is reflected accurately and promptly in the accounts. Also the provision of a service to create, print and despatch sundry debtor invoices together with arrangements to recover such debts on behalf of the Schools Service when necessary. This will be achieved by :- Providing the opportunity for schools to pay cash (school meals income, instrumental music lessons, etc.) either into the Council’s bank (Barclays) or a local Post Office. Processing income and cash received by schools for their services e.g. school meals, income from lettings, sale of milk, music lessons and sundries such as telephone calls, photocopying etc. Ensuring that the various income and cash elements are reflected in the financial ledgers in accordance with the information received. This will be achieved by receiving, scrutinising and preparing the TR34,TR182P, TR182C forms as well as the bank (Barclays) and Post Office paying-in slips and processing the same. Schools use an amalgamation of the documents referred to above depending upon local circumstances. Processing all the income directly credited to the Council’s (Barclays) bank account from the “School Comms.” system and ensuring that such income is reflected in the financial ledger. Receiving and banking weekly any cheques from those schools which use the Post Offices because of excessive processing costs The recovery of amounts which have been invoiced and which are overdue on behalf of the Schools Service where necessary (which includes legal support and advice when required). Ensuring that the correct liability in respect of Value Added Tax (VAT) is followed by the Schools Service in respect of all income and invoices (including the support and advice of the VAT consultant when required).
