REGISTRATION WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE Any business intending to transact business in Montana must register with the Secretary of State. Voter Registration: When designated by the Secretary of State Party agrees to become a voter registration agency as defined by 17 V.S.A. §2103 (41), and to comply with the requirements of state and federal law pertaining to such agencies.
