  • GENERAL EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES 13.1 As the Board is a fair and equal opportunity employer, marital status, race, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin or number of years teaching experience shall not be made a condition of employment.   • Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. The Department expressly disclaims any liability that may result from implementation of the Health and Safety Plan by Xxxxxxx. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

  • Employee Health and Safety A. When the University requires an employee to use or wear health or safety equipment, such equipment will be provided by the University.

  • SAFETY AND HEALTH 20.1 The Employer, employee and Union have a significant responsibility for workplace safety and health.
