The Resident. 1. For the purposes of this Convention, the term
The Resident. (a) is enrolled as a student at the University of Calgary for the Spring and/or Summer Session of this Agreement; OR
The Resident. All residents who withdraw, graduate, take a leave, terminate full-time employment, or are otherwise separate from WCMC must vacate WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS of the effective date of such action, unless granted an extension in writing by the Housing Office. Failure to vacate an apartment by a stated deadline may result in additional fines and assessments. Any resident leaving WCMC housing during the Housing License Agreement period without a written release from the Housing Office will continue to be liable for all housing fees.
The Resident expressly agrees that the University shall have the right to withhold grades, registration privileges, transcripts, and other requested records, and/or diplomas or degrees until the Resident has fully complied with all terms of this Contract to the University's satisfaction. Failure to comply with any of the terms of this Contract, University Housing policies, or policies found in the the USC Student Handbook, or set forth by Hospitality Services may be cause for eviction, termination of Dining Service privileges and/or appropriate judicial action by the University against the Resident.
The Resident. The resident shall be recognized as a University student whom has an active Greek Housing Contract on file and occupies the assigned space (“Unit”) as determined by Housing and Residential Education. The Resident must be an active member of the organization and a degree-seeking student at the University of South Florida. The Resident must comply with all (a) University policies, regulations, and procedures; (b) federal, state, and local law; (c) be in good standing with University; and (d) be in “active” status of the organizations.

The Resident. Staff/Club and family member recognizes and acknowledges that by participating in activities in any of the fitness areas, the Resident’s family member is engaging in an activity that is inherently dangerous and involves the risk of serious injury, including permanent disability or death either from the Resident/Staff family member’s own actions, inactions, or negligence, or from the intentional or unintentional actions or inactions or negligence of others using the fitness facilities and equipment.
