The Regional District School Committee. A. Composition & Election
The Regional District School Committee. The powers and duties of the Regional School District (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the District.”) shall be vested in and exercised by a Regional School District Committee (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “the Committee.”) The Committee shall consist of ten members, five who are to be residents of Great Barrington, three who are to be residents of Stockbridge and two who are to be residents of West Stockbridge.
The Regional District School Committee. (A) The Regional School District, hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "District," shall be called the "Blackstone - Millville Regional School District." The Regional District School Committee, hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "Committee, shall consist of eight members, four from each member town.

The Committee shall consist of the following: three members from the Town of Huntington, two members from the Town of Middlefield, two members from the Town of Xxxxxxxxxx, three members from the Town of Xxxxxxx, and three members from the Town of Xxxxxxx, and two members from the Town of Blandford. The Regional District School Committee. (a) The powers and duties of the District shall be vested in and exercised by a District School Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”). The Committee shall consist of nine (9) members: two from the town of Tisbury, two from the town of Oak Bluffs, two from the town of Edgartown, one from the town of West Tisbury, one from the town of Chilmark, and one from the town of Aquinnah.
