The Referral List. The Union will maintain and provide the Employer a Referral List of qualified individuals as well as the positions for which each is qualified. Inclusion of an individual on the Referral List constitutes a representation by the Union that it has examined the experience and qualifications of that individual and has determined that the person is qualified to perform the jobs indicated. The Union will accept to the Referral List all qualified employees of the Employer without discrimination of any kind and regardless of Union membership.

The Referral List. The locals under this Agreement will maintain and provide the Employer a Referral List of qualified individuals inclusive of the positions for which each is qualified. Inclusion of an individual on the Referral List constitutes a representation by the Union that it has examined the experience and qualifications of that individual, has determined that the person resides within the jurisdiction of the applicable local(s), and is qualified to perform the jobs indicated.

The Referral List. The Union will maintain and provide the Employer a Referral List of qualified individuals identifying each work location within Wisconsin (e.g. Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay which further describes the geographic area in which the individual is declaring themselves as a local hire) as well as the positions for which each is qualified. Inclusion of an individual on the Referral List constitutes a representation by the Union that it has examined the experience and qualifications of that individual and has determined that the person is qualified to perform the jobs indicated. The Union will accept to the Referral List all qualified employees of the Employer without discrimination of any kind and regardless of Union membership; however any individual who fails to meet the registration requirement, per Article II.a. of this Agreement, shall not be eligible for the Referral List. The Referral List shall be sent quarterly to Employer at xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, and any revisions thereto shall only apply to future, unstaffed events. If the Union maintains an active (continually updated) Referral List via its website, the parties will coordinate a best practice for review of and use of same.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.

  • Holiday Schedule A. The Employer will determine the number and cate- gories of employees needed for holiday work and a schedule shall be posted as of the Tuesday preceding the service week in which the holiday falls.

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Placement on the Salary Schedule All teachers shall be placed on the appropriate step in the salary schedule taking into consideration the following:
