The Principal Paying Agent shall. 15.1.1 keep a full and complete record of all Securities, Coupons and Talons (other than serial numbers of Coupons) and of their redemption, purchase by or on behalf of the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries, cancellation, exchange or payment (as the case may be) and of all replacement Securities, Coupons or Talons issued in substitution for lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed Securities, Coupons or Talons; and
