In the case of a series Fund or trust, all references to "the Fund" are to the individual series or portfolio of such Fund or trust, or to such Fund or trust on behalf of the individual series or portfolio, as appropriate. The "Fund" also includes any T. Xxxx Price Funds which may be established after the execution of this Agreement. Any reference in this Agreement to "the parties" shall mean Price Associates and such other individual Fund as to which the matter pertains.
