The Parties. All references herein to “the Fund” are to each of the Funds listed on Appendix A individually, as if this Agreement were between such individual Fund and Price Services. In the case of a series Fund or trust or a separate class of shares, all references to “the Fund” are to the individual series, portfolio or class of such Fund or trust, or to such Fund or trust on behalf of the individual series, portfolio or class as appropriate. The “Fund” also includes any T. Xxxx Price Funds that may be established after the execution of this Agreement. Any reference in this Agreement to “the parties” shall mean Price Services and such other individual Fund as to which the matter pertains.
