THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE THAT. Do not apply. The Assignor hereby transfers, assigns and sets over to the Administrator all of his/her/their right, title and interest in the proceeds to be received from the BRM program in the current year and all future years until such a time as the advance, in the amount of the outstanding advance, plus interest and costs, for which this BRM program is used as security, has been paid in full, and a liability to the Administrator no longer exists. This assignment of proceeds is not affected should the Producer become in default under the Repayment Agreement. For the purposes of giving effect to any of the Assignor’s undertakings under this agreement, the Assignor shall make, execute and deliver to the BRM Administrator or the Administrator, any documents or agreements as the BRM Administrator may reasonably request. The amount of the advance(s) will be confirmed to the BRM Administrator by AAFC via the APP Electronic Delivery System or an alternative method agreed upon by AAFC and the BRM Administrator. The Assignor allows the BRM Administrator to share information with AAFC and the Administrator via the APP Electronic Delivery System or an alternative method agreed upon by AAFC and the BRM Administrator. The Assignor allows the Administrator to retrieve and verify any information from AgriStability required to complete the Assignor’s Advance. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) underscores the dedication of both agencies to improving the educational attainment of Kentucky citizens and reinforces the collaboration necessary to achieve this level of success. Improving the educational attainment of Kentucky citizens is key to ensuring the State’s long-term success. The State commits significant resources across the educational spectrum to develop and implement strategies to address this critical issue. Providing secondary students dual credit opportunities is a proven educational strategy with the capacity to complement and maximize the chances of success of our educational initiatives. Effective dual credit systems have impacts both at the secondary and postsecondary levels and provide the opportunity for collaboration. Participants are expected to know and follow current and future versions of Dual Credit Policies established by the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education found at: xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/policies/dualcredit.html. Should policies change during the academic year, KCTCS may request support in meeting those changes outside the scope of this document.

  • MUTUAL AGREEMENT PROCEDURE 1. Where difficulties or doubts arise between the Contracting Parties regarding the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement, the respective competent authorities shall endeavour to resolve the matter by mutual agreement.

  • Formation and Purpose Promptly following the Effective Date, the Parties shall confer and then create the Committees listed in the chart below, each of which shall have the purpose indicated in the chart.
