Common use of The Parent Guarantee Clause in Contracts

The Parent Guarantee. Subject to the provisions of this ‎Article 12, the Parent Guarantor hereby guarantees as principal obligor to each Holder of a Note authenticated by the Registrar or the Authentication Agent, as applicable, and to the Trustee and its successors and assigns the due and punctual payment of the principal of, premium (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Cash Sweep Premium), accrued and unpaid interest, and Additional Amounts, if any, on, and all other amounts payable to the Holders or the Trustee under this Indenture and the Notes, subject to the limitations set forth herein.
