Common use of The Option Price Clause in Contracts

The Option Price. The purchase price of the Shares issuable upon exercise of the Option is the price specified in the Notice of Grant, subject to adjustment as provided in the Plan (the "Option Price"), which price is agreed to be not less than the fair market value of the Shares as of the Date of Grant.
