The Operating Advisor. (a) The Operating Advisor shall promptly review (i) all information made available to Privileged Persons on the Certificate Administrator’s Website (A) that relates to any Specially Serviced Loan, and (B) that is contained in the CREFC® Servicer Watch List prepared by the Master Servicer and (ii) each Final Asset Status Report delivered to the Operating Advisor by the Special Servicer.
