The Need for Change. For the purposes of this PIA the need for change is shaped around two areas outlined below. The Strategic Drivers set out the key factors influencing the need to drive step change through this programme. The strategic drivers can be summarised through the following themes: • Changing demographics; • Shifting emphasis away from hospital based care; and • Securing service sustainability The Local and Regional Challenges identify the current service limitations / enablers and how they adversely affect the ability to deliver the required changes in service. The regional and local challenges can be summarised through the following themes: • The limitations of existing infrastructure (both building and digital infrastructure); • Improving access to health and care services; and • Supporting regional working. The diagram below provides a summary of these themes. These are explored in turn in the sections below.

  • REDUCTION OF STAFF 34.01 When the Company proposes to terminate (other than for cause) an employee as a result of a decision to reduce the number of Permanent Employees:

  • VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS 17.01 The Gallery shall post notice of permanent and temporary job vacancies subject to Article 4 – Temporary Full-Time Employees for a period of seven (7) calendar days before any such job is filled.
