Common use of The Management Committee Clause in Contracts

The Management Committee. The business and affairs of the Partnership shall be managed under the direction and authority of a Management Committee, who shall annually adopt a Business Plan.

The Management Committee. The business and affairs of the Partnership shall be managed under the direction and authority of a Management Committee. On or before July 31, who 2003, the Management Committee adopted an initial business plan for the Partnership, and thereafter the Management Committee shall annually adopt a business plan (such initial or subsequent business plan, the “Business Plan”).

All decisions concerning the management and control of the Partnership that are approved by the Management Committee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (any such decisions referred to herein as “Approved by the Management Committee”) shall annually adopt a Business Planbe binding on the Partnership and on each of the Partners.
