THE MAINTENANCE FEE. A Maintenance Fee of [XXX] will be payable from year 2 of the online service, in order to provide ongoing access to all upgrades, enhancements, additions and corrections made to the Licensed Material. The fee will remain fixed for 2 years. The Publisher will make reasonable efforts to keep any increases to the Maintenance Fee in subsequent years to a minimum and will notify the Licensee of any increases within a reasonable period of time.

You shall be entitled to receive during any month such interim payments of your fee hereunder as you shall request, provided that no such payment shall exceed 75 percent of the amount of your fee then accrued on the books of the Fund and unpaid.

  • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.

  • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.
