The Licensor or Licensee shall at the request of the other party execute and at Licensee's expense take all steps reasonable requisite for the registration or recordal of the license granted hereunder in such form as may be reasonably required by the requesting party. The Licensor as the legitimate holder of industrial property rights over the trademarks included in ANNEX I and other symbols and sxxxxxx duly required / registered in accordance with Brazilian Law (“TRADEMARKS”), hereby authorizes the LICENSEE to use the TRADEMARKS on a League of Legends team in E-Sports, as well as in other modalities in E-Sports, which will be maintained and assembled by LICENSEE during the agreement term.
The Licensor will provide reasonable on-going assistance to Licensee with regard to technical, administrative and service-oriented issues relating to the utilization, encoding, transmission and maintenance of the Licensor Content, as Licensee may reasonably request. Licensor will use its best efforts to ensure that the Licensor Content is timely, accurate, comprehensive and updated regularly as set forth in this Agreement.
