Common use of The License Clause in Contracts

The License. 3.1. Subject to the full performance by the Company of its obligations in accordance with this Agreement and the provisions of Section 16, Yissum hereby grants the Company an exclusive license to make commercial use of the Licensed Technology, in order to develop, obtain regulatory approvals, manufacture, market, distribute or sell Products, all within the Field and the Territory only, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “License”).

Subject to the full performance by the Company of its obligations in accordance with this Agreement and the provisions of Section 16Agreement, Yissum hereby grants the Company an exclusive license license, with a right to sublicense as provided for herein below, to make commercial use of the Licensed Technology, in order to develop, obtain regulatory approvals, manufacture, market, distribute or sell Productsa Product, all within the Field and the Territory only, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “License”).
