Common use of The Legal Actions Clause in Contracts

The Legal Actions. Against Us provision in the “General Provisions” section is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: Legal Actions Against Us: All policy terms will be interpreted under the laws of the state in which the policy was issued. No legal action may be brought to recover on the policy within sixty (60) days after written Proof of Loss has been furnished. No legal action for a claim may be brought against Us after three (3) years from the time written Proof of Loss is required to be furnished.
