Common use of The Joint Committee Clause in Contracts

The Joint Committee. 1. A committee composed of representatives of the Contract- ing Parties (hereinafter referred to as the Joint Committee) is hereby established, which shall be responsible for the administra- tion of this Agreement and shall ensure its proper implementa- tion. For this purpose it shall make recommendations and take decisions in the cases provided for in this Agreement.
