Right to Accompany Inspectors (a) The Employer shall notify the Union when a Government Inspector (health and safety, or environment) is to visit the Employer’s premises, as soon as practicable.
Inspector General Each party acknowledges that in accordance with 105 ILCS 5/34-13.1, the Inspector General of the Board of Education of City of Chicago has the authority to conduct certain investigations and that the Inspector General shall have access to all information and personnel necessary to conduct those investigations.

If it’s necessary to use a technical term in the Executive Summary, provide a brief definition or explanation when the technical term is first used.
Project Inspector 5.1.1 One or more Project Inspector(s), including special Project Inspector(s), as required, will be assigned to the Work by District, in accordance with requirements of title 24, part 1, of the California Code of Regulations, to enforce the building code and monitor compliance with Plans and Specifications for the Project previously approved by the DSA.
