Common use of The Indenture Supplement Clause in Contracts

The Indenture Supplement. Copies of the Series 2001-1 Supplement, dated as of the Series 2001-1 Closing Date, and the Base Indenture, in each case duly executed by the Lessor and the Trustee, and all conditions to the effectiveness thereof and the issuance of the Notes thereunder shall have been satisfied or waived in all respects;

The Indenture Supplement. Copies of the Series 20011998-1 Supplement, dated as of the Series 20011998-1 Closing Date, and the Base Indenture, in each case duly executed by the Lessor and the Trustee, and all conditions to the effectiveness thereof and the issuance of the Notes thereunder shall have been satisfied or waived in all respects;
