The ICB must Sample Clauses

The ICB must. 3.1.1 respond to requests for information from members of the public and the media, including requests made pursuant to the FOIA, whose subject-matter relates to the performance of the Delegated Functions in the ICB’s Area; and

The ICB must. 16.3.1 comply with any policy issued by NHS England from time to time in relation to the conduct of or avoidance of Claims and/or the pro-active management of Claims;
