THE HONGKONG AND SHANGHAI BANKING CORPORATION. LIMITED as agent of the other Finance Parties (the “Agent”); and
THE HONGKONG AND SHANGHAI BANKING CORPORATION. LIMITED as facility agent (in this capacity the Facility Agent);
THE HONGKONG AND SHANGHAI BANKING CORPORATION. LIMITED as security trustee for the Secured Parties (the "Security Agent"). IT IS AGREED as follows:

THE HONGKONG AND SHANGHAI BANKING CORPORATION. LIMITED as issuing bank (in this capacity the Issuing Bank). IT IS AGREED as follows:
