The Hirer must Sample Clauses

The Hirer must. 8.1.1 only use the Facilities for the Hire Purpose and must not use the Facilities for any other purpose without the Principal’s/Director’s prior written consent 8.1.2 ensure that proper care is taken of the Facilities during the Hirer’s use 8.1.3 comply, and ensure that its servants, agents or invitees comply, with all of the Principal’s/Director’s directions (whether written or verbal) in respect of the Hirer’s use of the Facilities 8.1.4 immediately after completing its use of the Facilities on each occasion ensure that the Facilities are left in the condition that they were in at the commencement of the Hirer’s use, including by: (a) returning any furniture and equipment moved during the use of the Facilities to the position they were in prior to the Hirer’s use (b) ensuring that the Facilities are left in a clean and tidy condition 8.1.5 before vacating the Facilities switch off the Facilities’ power and lights 8.1.6 at its expense promptly repair any damage caused to the Facilities or other property as a result of or in any way connected with the Hirer’s use of the Facilities, whether caused by the Hirer, or its servants, agents or invitees.
The Hirer must. (a) vacate the Function Area by the end of the Function Times; (b) promptly remove any goods or materials brought into the Function Area by or on behalf of the Hirer; and (c) leave the Function Area in a thoroughly clean and tidy condition.
The Hirer must. (a) prior to its first use of a Minister’s Site (b) at such other times as either or both the Hirer and the Minister determine are necessary or desirable for the purpose of establishing or maintaining child safe environments, Obtain complete and current Relevant History Information in relation to: (c) all of its Relevant Personnel appointed to or engaged to act in prescribed positions within the meaning of section 8B of the Children’s Protection ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ where the Relevant Activity is provided wholly or partly for children (d) any of its Relevant Personnel as required by the Minister.
The Hirer must. (a) ensure that the Event Manager is present and in control of the Function at all times and at least one hour before the Function commences; (b) engage and have at the Function sufficient staff to manage guests and ensure that the Building and all artworks, displays, fittings and fixtures are properly protected.
The Hirer must. Be 18 years or over State precisely the type of activity to take place in the venue/hall Adhere STRICTLY to the hiring hours Under no circumstances enter any areas other than the area hired and common areas (entrance foyer, toilets etc). Recognise the multi-use aspect of the Venue and the necessary sharing of facilities – including shared equipment, fixtures and fittings. Ensure their activities do not affect the safety of or intrude on other venue users, staff and surrounding residents Immediately inform Canberra Islamic Centre of any safety issues or identified hazards. Not tamper with any device or system designed for use in an emergency such as fire extinguishers or fire hose reels. Ensure all windows and doors are locked and heaters/air conditioners are turned off when leaving the building and where required, the alarm activated. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ are ultimately responsible for leaving the area clean and tidy. Accept full responsibility for the behaviour, actions and consequences of such behaviour and actions of all guests / visitors attending the function/event.
The Hirer must. (a) achieve the Key Performance Indicators; and (b) monitor the Services and its other obligations under the Contract which are relative to the Key Performance Indicators.
The Hirer must. (a) comply with all relevant laws, regulations, rules and by-laws governing or relating to the use and operation of the Equipment; (b) not do or cause or suffer to be done any act, matter or thing which is likely to endanger the safety or condition of the Equipment; (c) pay to the Owner on demand all money which the Owner pays or is liable to pay to make good any failure by the Hirer to comply with any obligation under this Hire Agreement and all other costs and expenses, including legal costs and expenses that the Owner may incur in the enforcement or protection or attempted enforcement or protection of the Owner's rights under this Hire Agreement or in the Equipment, including money paid by the Owner in releasing any lien or other encumbrance claimed on the Equipment and in dismantling and removing Equipment from any premises; (d) notify the Owner of any accident resulting in injury to persons or damage to property (including damage to the Equipment) involving the Equipment within three (3) business days of the date of the accident; (e) not remove the Equipment from the State of Victoria without the prior written consent of the Owner; and (f) to secure the Equipment when not in use and to ensure that all reasonable measures are taken to protect the Plant and Equipment against acts of theft and vandalism.
The Hirer must. (a) carry out all inspections and checks contemplated by and otherwise complete all “Pre-Start Inspection Checklists” for the Plant prescribed in any Plant Documentation (on a daily and weekly basis, as applicable) and carry out all other inspections and checks required by law or good industry practice; (b) notify Select of any safety or functional issues that have been highlighted during any inspection or check of the Plant in accordance with clause 9.1(a) and must fully cooperate and comply with Select’s instructions and unless authorised by Select, must not use the Plant until any safety or functional issue has been rectified or resolved; (c) record the Plant’s hour and kilometre service meter units in any Plant Documentation; (d) record any faults found with the Plant; (e) forward to Select documentation of such inspections, checks and records on a weekly basis or as requested by Select; (f) provide all fuel, and use oils, lubricants, consumables, spare parts and service kits which are original OEM parts or to OEM specifications; and (g) return any waste tanks or water carts cleaned and emptied of all contents. (h) ensure the Plant has not been in contact with any hazardous substances. In the event that it has, the Hirer must immediately notify Select and carry out all necessary de-contamination of the Plant at its own cost prior to Plant being able to be returned to Select, and Hire Fees will continue until a clearance report is provided and Plant is thereafter returned.
The Hirer must. (a) employ and must ensure that its subcontractors only employ people in the performance of the Services who have the skill, training, competence and experience to perform their jobs; (b) provide all management and supervision as may be required under applicable Safety Legislation or as may otherwise be required, including sufficient competent supervisors; (c) ensure that all employees and subcontractor employees hold the necessary licences, permits, endorsements or other certificates required by legislative requirement in carrying out its obligations under the Contract; and (d) if coming on Site, submit to and comply with the Principal’s site rules, policies and security requirements.
The Hirer must. (a) immediately procure the ongoing exclusion from Concordia College Inc. Sites of any Hirer Personnel if they are found to be a Prohibited Person; Agreement Form For Community Use of School Facilities (b) immediately suspend access to Concordia College Inc. Sites of any Hirer Personnel is they are the subject of any allegations, arrest, change or conviction for an offence as set out in clause 9.3.
