Common use of the Grant Recipient Clause in Contracts

the Grant Recipient. (a) possesses or, in the case of a Capital L&R Scheme, will possess a Secure Legal Interest which: i with respect to a Capital P&D Scheme, is a Secure Legal Interest (P&D); or ii with respect to a Capital L&R Scheme, is a Secure Legal Interest (L&R) where the lease is not (and will not be) capable of being terminated (save in the case of material breach) by the landlord prior to the expiry of the Lease Period;
