The Generator. 2.1 The Generator shall, as from the Agreement Date, comply with this Private Network CfD Agreement (including the Conditions) as the “Generator” and agrees that the Conditions are hereby incorporated into this Private Network CfD Agreement as if they were clauses of this Private Network CfD Agreement.
