The General Data Protection Regulations. 6.1 Giant shall: (i) comply with the requirements of the GDPR (including without limitation the data protection principles set out therein) in connection with its performance of the Services; (ii) take and implement appropriate technical and organisational steps against unauthorised or unlawful processing of any personal data (as defined in the GDPR) in connection with this Agreement and to prevent accidental destruction of or loss of personal data; and (iii) not use any personal data in relation to which the Company is the data controller (as such term is defined in the GDPR) other than for the provision of the Services. For the purposes of this clause, the meaning of "appropriate" shall be interpreted in accordance with the guidance given in section 9 of Part II of Schedule 1 of the GDPR.
