The General Assembly. 4.1 The General Assembly is the strategic, decision-making and supervisory body of APPEC.
The General Assembly. 1. The General Assembly shall be the highest decision-making body of ATAF. It shall meet at least once every financial year.
The General Assembly. Article 13 The General Assembly shall be the representative body of all the members of the IFSB referred to in Article 6.
The General Assembly. Composition The General Assembly is the supreme authority of the Syndicate. It is composed of all Members of the Syndicate. Each Member may be represented by one or more delegate during the meetings. Each Member may be represented by another Member, provided the other is duly authorized to do so.
The General Assembly. 4.1 The General Assembly, hereinafter “GA” is the governing and decision-making body of the GENERA Network. Each Member may appoint one representative on the GA.
The General Assembly. Responsibility: The General Assembly is the decision-making body of the Consortium. Decision power will extend to all important issues, in particular: • Research strategies, in cooperation with the Scientific Advisory Board • Significant modification of the work plan such as the rescheduling or abandon of a task • All budget-related matters • Acceptance and/or exclusion of new participants • Implementation or modification of the consortium agreement • Approval of reports of the Coordinator Composition: The General Assembly will consist of one representative of each Party. The Coordinator will chair all meetings of the General Assembly, unless otherwise decided by the General Assembly.

The General Assembly a. The general assembly shall be the highest policy making body of the council and shall be composed of duly elected members of the University Student Council.
The General Assembly consists of all project partners. The General Assembly will constitute the highest decision making body of the project. The General Assembly will normally meet annually, but in exceptional cases additional meetings or web conferences are envisaged. The implementation of the previous IncoNets proved that an annual meeting of all the partners is necessary in order to stimulate the implementation of the work and to reinforce the team work and networking. The first General Assembly will constitute the Project’s Kick- off Meeting (month 1), followed by two annual meetings wherever possible back-to-back with other important project events such as Policy Stakeholder Conferences. • At the kick-off meeting, building on the substantial dialogue within the consortium in the project definition phase, every activity of the project will be discussed in detail and the precise role of every partner will be specified. • At the annual General Assembly meetings, the consortium will review the progress in the implementation of the project based on the presentations given by every Task leader. The General Assembly will define/update a precise time-schedule for the following 12 months, taking also into consideration the necessary coordination with the IncoNet targeting Central Asia. The General Assembly will be chaired by the Scientific Coordinator and will take decisions by consensus. However, in exceptional cases when consensus cannot be reached and an important damage can occur for the project, a vote could take place. The modalities for such procedures will be specified in the Consortium Agreement to be signed among the partners at the beginning of the project. The General Assembly. 6.1.2.1 The General Assembly forms the principle discussion forum of the Project. It shall be attended by the representatives of the Parties. The General Assembly shall include: All members of the Board as described in 6.1.1, and The Activity Co-ordinators as listed in Annex 1 of the EC-GA. And representatives of users as listed in Annex 1 comprising: Other EU Neutron/Muon Related Projects Countries with large User Communities but no National Source to include Consejo Superior De Investigaciones Cientificas (CSIC), Spain and Xxxxxxxxx Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR), Italy User Organisations to include: the European Neutron Scattering Association (ENSA) and the International Society for Muon Spectroscopy Europe (ISMS-E) The Board Members together with the Activity Co-ordinators and the representatives of the user organisations listed above shall hereinafter be called the “GA Members”. In addition the General Assembly shall be attended by observer organisations listed in Annex 1 as follows: Non-European scientific observers to include: Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO), China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE), Xxxxx Laboratory of Neutron Physics (FLNP) Russia, the Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA), the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI), Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) United States of America and The Commission’s nominated representative.
