Specific Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials Unauthorized Use. Licensee shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials.
RECORDS USAGE, DUPLICATION AND REDISCLOSURE RESTRICTIONS USAC and the Department agree to these restrictions on use, duplication, and disclosure of information furnished by the other Party:
Restrictions on Use of Hazardous Substances Borrower will not cause or permit the presence, use, disposal, storage, or release of any Hazardous Substances, or threaten to release any Hazardous Substances, on or in the Property. Borrower will not do, nor allow anyone else to do, anything affecting the Property that: (i) violates Environmental Law; (ii) creates an Environmental Condition; or (iii) due to the presence, use, or release of a Hazardous Substance, creates a condition that adversely affects or could adversely affect the value of the Property. The preceding two sentences will not apply to the presence, use, or storage on the Property of small quantities of Hazardous Substances that are generally recognized to be appropriate to normal residential uses and to maintenance of the Property (including, but not limited to, hazardous substances in consumer products).
Permitted License Uses and Restrictions (a) This Order Form Supplement allows you, as an authorized User under the Master Subscription Agreement, to use the Software on any Supported Device and on no other devices.

Restriction of Use Network Rail shall make payments (in accordance with the procedure in paragraph 13) calculated in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 to the Train Operator in respect of any Type 1 Restriction of Use.
Conditions on Permitted Transfers In the event a Holder proposes to sell or transfer a Note, the Company may, but shall not be required to, impose reasonable conditions on such sale or transfer including, but not limited, to: (i) Notes may be transferred only in whole units, i.e., fractions of Notes may not be transferred; (ii) the transferee shall agree in writing to be bound by this Revenue Sharing Agreement; (iii) the transferor shall provide the Company with an opinion of counsel, satisfactory in form and substance to the Company’s counsel, stating that the transfer is exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933 and other applicable securities laws; and (iv) the transferor and transferee shall together pay in advance for any reasonable expenses the Company expects to incur in connection with the transfer, including attorneys’ fees.
Use and Disclosure Restrictions Neither party shall, without the written consent of the other, communicate confidential information of the other, designated in writing or identified in this Agreement as such, to any third party and shall protect such information from inadvertent disclosure to any third party in the same manner that the receiving party would protect its own confidential information. The foregoing obligations will not restrict either party from disclosing confidential information of the other party: (a) pursuant to applicable law; (b) pursuant to the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency, or other governmental body, on condition that the party required to make such a disclosure gives reasonable written notice to the other party to contest such order or requirement; and (c) on a confidential basis to its legal or financial advisors.
