The Flexible. Working Hours clause permits the Employer and any Full-time or Part- time Employee to mutually agree to the performance of additional shifts, hours and flexible working arrangements.

The Flexible. Working Hours Scheme shall not apply to those employees: i engaged on shift work or a set roster; ii employed in a University Child Care Centre who are required to work their ordinary hours of duty within a specific span of hours to comply with licensing arrangements; xxx appointed to a position at Level 9 and above; or iv who, because of operational requirements, have the times at which their ordinary hours of work are to be performed set by the Delegated Officer of their work unit.
