The Facilities Lease. This Facilities Lease and all other Contract Documents represent the entire and integrated agreement between District and Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. The Work described in this Facilities Lease may be amended or modified only by a Change Order as defined in Section 1.06 of these General Conditions. Nothing contained in the Facilities Lease or other Contract Documents shall create any contractual relationship between District, the District Representative or the Architect and any Subcontractor or sub-Subcontractor, or between the District Representative or the Architect and Contractor.
