Common use of The F Clause in Contracts

The F. O.P. and its officers, representatives and members agree that during the life of this Agreement, they shall have no right to instigate, promote, sponsor, engage in or condone any strike, slow down, concerted stoppage of work, intentional interruption of Employer operations, or similar activities during the terms of this Agreement. The consideration for such provision is the right to a resolution of disputed questions. Management has the right to discharge or otherwise discipline any or all employees who violate the provisions of this paragraph. The only questions that may be raised in any proceeding, grievance, judicial or otherwise, contesting such action is whether the provision prohibiting strikes, slowdowns, concerted stoppage of work, intentional interruptions of Employer operations or similar activities was violated by the employee to be discharged or otherwise disciplined
