THE EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENTS. In the absence of the chairman of the Board, if any, the president and the vice-chairman, if any, or in the event of their inability or refusal to act, the executive vice-president (or in the event there is more than one executive vice- president, the executive vice-presidents in the order designated, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election) shall perform the duties of the chairman of the Board, of the president and of the vice-chairman, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the chairman of the Board, the president and the vice-chairman. Any executive vice-president may sign, with the secretary or an authorized assistant secretary, certificates for stock of the Corporation and shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the chairman of the Board, the president, the vice-chairman, the Board of Directors or these By-Laws.

  • The Vice Presidents The Vice Presidents shall perform the duties as are given to them by this Agreement and as may from time to time be assigned to them by the Management Directors or by the President.   • The President the Treasurer and the Secretary shall be elected by the Trustees upon the occurrence of any vacancy in any such office. Other officers, if any, may be elected or appointed by the Trustees at any time. Vacancies in any such other office may be filled at any time.

  • Chairman An individual (who need not be a Registered Warrantholder) designated in writing by the Warrant Agent shall be chairman of the meeting and if no individual is so designated, or if the individual so designated is not present within fifteen minutes from the time fixed for the holding of the meeting, the Registered Warrantholders present in person or by proxy shall choose an individual present to be chairman.
