The Executive Vice-Chairman. The Executive Vice-Chairman shall perform such duties as assigned by the Chairman or by the Board of Directors of the Association within the terms of the Constitution and Bylaws and shall perform such duties as are usually incident to the office. The Executive Vice-Chairman shall become Chairman, if for any reason the office is vacated between the yearly elections, and he/she shall discharge the duties of the Chairman, whenever, in the discretion of the Board of Directors, the disability or absence of the Chairman makes such service advisable. The Executive Vice-Chairman shall be a member of the Board of Directors.
