The Establishment of New Classes. The County will provide OCEA an informational copy of the new class specification for any proposed class relevant to this Bargaining Unit. The County agrees to meet and confer with OCEA in an attempt to reach agreement on the salary range and probation period for any such proposed class before submitting the class to the Board of Supervisors for adoption.

The Establishment of New Classes. The City will provide OCEA an information copy of the new class specification and salary range for any proposed class in the representation unit. Whenever it is proposed to reclassify an incumbent employee to a proposed new class in the representation unit, the City agrees to meet and confer with OCEA in an attempt to reach agreement on the salary range for the proposed new class prior to submitting the proposed new class to the City Council for adoption.

  • Admission of New Members The Company may admit new Members (or transferees of any interests of existing Members) into the Company by the unanimous vote or consent of the Members. As a condition to the admission of a new Member, such Member shall execute and acknowledge such instruments, in form and substance satisfactory to the Company, as the Company may deem necessary or desirable to effectuate such admission and to confirm the agreement of such Member to be bound by all of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Agreement, as the same may have been amended. In no event shall a new Member be admitted to the Company if such admission would be in violation of applicable Federal or State securities laws or would adversely affect the treatment of the Company as a partnership for income tax purposes.   • Scope of Negotiations The obligation to bargain collectively means to negotiate at reasonable times and to execute a written contract incorporating the terms of any agreement reached. The obligation to bargain collectively does not require the Board and the Association to agree to a proposal nor does it require the making of a concession. Those matters, which are negotiable, are: wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment and the continuation, modification, or deletion of an existing provision of this Agreement.

  • OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 19.1 Even if we delay in enforcing this Agreement, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking of this Agreement, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you do not pay us an amount when it is due and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the Services, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
