Common use of THE ENVIRONMENT Clause in Contracts

THE ENVIRONMENT. 15.1 To the extent that the Private Party needs to construct infrastructure, buildings or any other structures to support the carrying out of the Project which, pursuant to the relevant Regulatory Provisions, requires an EIA, the Private Party shall not commence such construction until SANParks is satisfied that the said EIA has been undertaken in compliance with the relevant Regulatory Provisions and to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.

THE ENVIRONMENT. 15.1 11.1 To the extent that the Private Party needs to construct infrastructure, buildings or any other structures to support the carrying out of the Project whichProject, which pursuant to the relevant Regulatory Provisions, Provisions requires an EIA, the Private Party shall not commence such construction until SANParks is satisfied that the said EIA EIA, or any other environmental or heritage applications required by relevant authorities, has been undertaken in compliance with the relevant Regulatory Provisions and to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authoritythat authority.

THE ENVIRONMENT. 15.1 13.1 To the extent that the Private Party needs to construct infrastructure, buildings or any other structures (including the erecting of mobile structures) to support the carrying out of the Project which, pursuant to the relevant Regulatory Provisions, requires an EIA, the Private Party shall not commence such construction or erecting of structures until SANParks is satisfied that the said EIA has been undertaken in compliance with the relevant Regulatory Provisions and to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority.
