The Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and there are no representations, warranties, covenants or undertakings other than those expressly set forth herein.
The Entire Agreement. The clauses of these XXXX apply to the whole use of the DATASET between the LICENSOR and the FINAL USER. They also apply to future transactions even if they are not referred to explicitly. Other additional terms and conditions of the FINAL USER are excluded.
The Entire Agreement. 13.1 This contract constitutes the entire agreement between both parties regarding the subject matter of the contract, and supersedes any previous understandings, correspondence or agreements of any kind between the two parties, whether verbal or written.

The Parties shall not and have no right to rely on those proposals, statements, guarantees, commitments, letters of intention, Memorandums of understanding, agreements and contracts.
The Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes and embodies the full and complete understanding and agreement of the parties hereto and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, oral or written, whether or not related to the subject matter hereof.
The Entire Agreement. Unless otherwise provided in this contract, the Human Resource Law in the Federal Government and Executive Regulations thereof, shall apply.
The Entire Agreement. 19.1 This Agreement and the documents referred to in it constitute the whole Agreement between the parties and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, arrangements, understandings and agreements save where such agreements relate to a Renewal Licence.
The Entire Agreement. The parties agree that all negotiable items have been discussed during negotiations leading to this Agreement and, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties; negotiations will not be reopened on any item contained herein during the life of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement may not be changed during its term except by written instrument signed by both parties hereto; however, if the CUFCT negotiates a change in health care benefits and costs thereof, The Xxxxxx Union shall have the right to reopen the contract to negotiate changes to health benefits and costs thereof. If the parties are unable to reach agreement, a mediator from the FMCS shall be assigned to work with the parties to reach an agreement.
The Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the loan documents mentioned herein constitute the entire rights and obligations of the Borrower, Joint Lead Managers, Joint Lead Underwriters, the Agency Bank, Member Banks, and Lending Banks, and shall supersede any intent or agreement in connection with this Loan Arrangement prior to the execution of this Agreement.
