The Employer and the Union. Shall Acquaint New Employees - The parties agree to cooperate and acquaint new employees with the conditions of employment set out in this Article and Management agrees to provide each new employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement and introduction kit in which both parties will be able to include whatever material they feel is necessary.
