Common use of The Decision Clause in Contracts

The Decision. (i) The arbitrators will make and send a decision in writing to the parties within thirty (30) Business Days after the conclusion of all hearings referred to in Section 22.5(i) unless that time period is extended for a fixed period by the arbitrators on written notice to each party because of illness or other cause beyond the arbitrators' control and, unless the parties otherwise agree, will set out reasons for decision in the decision.
