The Customer shall. 5.3.1. Daily, on the eve before 13:00 hrs., send to the Contractor a Request for cooking meals the next day, indicating the number of dishes from the menu provided by the Contractor, or a Request for provision of any other Services required. The Customer shall use appropriate security precautions in connection with its use of the Services; comply with the Customer Laws; provide such Customer Materials, information, resources and assistance in a timely manner as Xxxxxxxx shall reasonably require to perform the Services at no charge to Claranet and provide Claranet with reasonable assistance in investigating the cause of Service outages, security problems and any suspected breach of the Agreement by the Customer or its Affiliates at no charge to Claranet.
The Customer shall. (a) Provide a suitable environment in which to install the CTU at an appropriate place in the Customer’s building. This shall include sufficient mains power outlets, appropriate cellular coverage to two separate providers, adequate lighting and air temperature control. The environment shall have adequate cellular data connectivity from the point of installation.
The Customer shall. 5.1.1. get acquainted with the provisions herein and the Standard Terms at the time of registration on the Contractor’s website or in the mobile application;
The Customer shall. (a) keep the Hired Equipment at the Site(s);
The Customer shall. Supply the business with any such information in a timely manner that may be required for the business to fulfil any of its obligations under the agreement. • Obtain the necessary permissions for the works to be undertaken before a formal order is placed with the business and to ensure that this permission outlasts the duration of the works. • Make payment to the business as set out in the quotation supplied or as per the businesses normal working practice if multiple work orders are submitted. • Provide the business with all relative policies, procedures or regulations that may impact the works being undertaken in a timely manner before the works commence. Once works have commenced, variations, additional terms, restrictions or occasions that impact the work will be subject to additional review and additional costs may be reasonably incurred by the client. • Provide uninterrupted access to the work area for all of the businesses employees or sub contractors in respect of completing the works. Where access is restricted or denied, additional costs will be applied to the client equal to a minimum of the abortive costs. Waiting time is charged for at a minimum of £75 per hour or part thereof per operative on site • Provide toilets and hand wash facilities for the businesses employees while working on site.
The Customer shall. Not use, reproduce, or allocate the confidential information in any manner or for any other purpose than the cooperation between Kadonation and the Customer; - Not engage in, nor authorize others to engage in, the reverse engineering, disassembly or the decompilation of any of the confidential information; - Not derive any commercial benefit from the confidential information;
