The Courses. Each Web-based training course (each, a “WBT Course”) must be started within twelve (12) months of the date it is purchased and completed within fourteen (14) days after it has been started. If the WBT Course is not started within twelve (12) months of the date it is purchased or is not completed within fourteen (14) days after it has been started, the right to take or complete the WBT Course will expire without right of refund. Each WBT Course may only be taken by one person.
