The Council of Ministers. 1) The Council shall be composed of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and one other focal Minister who shall be designated by each Member State.
The Council of Ministers. 1. The Council of Ministers shall comprise, on the one hand, the members of the Council of the European Union and members of the Commission of the European Communities and, on the other, a member of the government of each ACP State. The office of the President of the Council of Ministers shall be held alternately by a member of the Council of the European Union and a member of the government of an ACP State. The Council shall meet as a rule once a year on the initiative of the President and whenever it seems necessary, in a form and a geographical composition appropriate to the issues to be addressed. Such meetings will provide for high-level consultations on matters which are of specific concern to the Parties, complementing the work that is being done in the Joint Ministerial Trade Committee, as set out in Article 38, and in the ACP-EC Development Finance Cooperation Committee, as set out in Article 83, which feed into the annual regular Council of Ministers meetings.

The Council of Ministers. 1. The Council of Ministers (the Council) shall comprise the Ministers responsible for Health of the Members of CARPHA. The Council shall meet once every year during meetings of the COHSOD and in extra-ordinary session as often as the Council considers necessary or expedient.
The Council of Ministers. The Council of Ministers shall ensure that the objectives set out by the European Council are attained. Its members shall work with the Commission in helping to prepare draft legislation. It shall meet in different formations depending on the subject and each formation will consist of one minister or senior civil servant from each member state authorised to commit the government of that member state. Implementation of Union measures rests largely with Member States. In addition, much of the work of preparing Union measures has to be undertaken in the Member States because the required information is there and because much communication takes place directly between national capitals. However the Commission often can gather a superior overview of the situation across the Union. Therefore it makes sense in theory and in practice for both Council and Commission to prepare legislation together. The mutual review of the general economic policies of the Member States shall be ensured by the Ministers of Finance or of Economics.
The Council of Ministers. 1. The Council shall comprise one (1) delegate from the Government of each of the Member States. The Government of each Member State shall delegate to the Council the Minister responsible for water resources management and development.
