The Controller. The Controller shall examine and certify the accounts of the Company and shall report to the Board of Managers or to such officer as the Board of Managers may require.
The Controller. The controller shall be the chief accounting officer of the Corporation. Subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors, the chief executive officer and the treasurer, the controller shall provide for and maintain adequate records of all assets, liabilities and transactions of the Corporation, shall see that accurate audits of the Corporation's affairs are currently and adequately made and shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to him.

The Controller. The Controller of the Corporation (the "Controller") shall, subject to the direction and under the supervision of the Board, the Chairman, the Vice Chairman and the Chief Financial Officer, be the Controller of the Corporation and be responsible for the supervision and direction over those in his or her charge. The Controller may be an Officer and/or Executive of the Corporation, but only if so determined by the Board in its discretion (which determination shall be presumed to be limited to the then current Controller unless otherwise specified by the Board).
The Controller. The Controller ensures that any Personal Data provided to the Processor by, or on behalf of, the Controller has been collected lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner so as to enable Personal Data to be Processed by The Processor and Sub-Processors. The Controller. The Controller shall have charge of the books and records of account of the Company; shall keep or cause to be kept, and shall be responsible for the keeping of, correct and adequate records of the assets, liabilities, business, and transactions of the Company; shall at all reasonable times exhibit his or her books and records of account to any director of the Company upon application at the office of the Company where such books and records are kept; shall be responsible for the preparation and filing of all reports and returns relating to or based upon the books and records of the Company kept by him or her or under his or her direction; and in general, shall perform all duties incident to the office of Controller and such other duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to him or her by the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board, or a Vice Chairman of the Board.
